You are an experienced business analyst who enjoys analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement and digitalization and you have experience in digital solutions implementation.

Job Description

Assessment of business needs

Understand internal clients’ practices, operational objectives and challenges.  Assess requests coming from internal clients to determine necessity and urgency by conducting cost-benefit analysis or other statistical analysis.  Support business efficiency by documenting business processes and by identifying areas of improvements to existing processes. 

Implementation of new solutions (development and procurement) 

Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and the Business Points of Contact (BPOC) assigned to every project.  Document functional high level requirements with the support of the Business, ensuring that everyone understands it. Document functional specifications (use cases, workflows, wireframes) with the support of the Business. Document the RFI /RFP package and scoring grid in case of procurement projects. Prepare the test plan, coordinate tests and run functional tests. Support the Business in UAT to ensure that the solution meet the business requirements and is functional and effective. Document the digital solution user guide. Support the Business in updating the process & procedures related to the digital solution. Support the Business in delivering training and change management for business adoption.

Ongoing support for solutions in run phase 

Provide business analysis support in case of operational issues or enhancement linked to the delivered solutions to ensure that they continue to meet the business needs.  Propose prioritization of enhancements of the solutions requested by the users (backlog)   Prepare the test plan, coordinate tests and run functional tests. Update the solutions functional requirements, specifications and user guides whenever needed. 

Methodology   

Ensure the business analysis methodology is documented, adequate and up to date. 

Requirements

You have the following skills and competencies:

Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or equivalent qualification and/or experience. Solid experience in Business Analysis Experience with software development life cycle, procurement projects, and agile methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. You pay attention to details and are meticulous in your work. You enjoy collaborating with others to reach common goals and are comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. You easily build trust with others by being down to earth, realistic and being open to other perspectives and ideas. You are comfortable to work in an international and multi-cultural workplace. You are adept and agile to perform in a fast-paced environment, and managing competing demands and priorities. You have an interest in impact finance and/or sustainable development.
