Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst who will be working closely with both business and IT teams for a hybrid opportunity in St. Louis!

Day to Day responsibilities include:
Liaison between technical groups and the business Interact and handle different groups with competing needs Requirements definition and elicitation Ensure requirements are clear, concise and testable Provide constructive feedback on projects Independently research topics using available tools like SharePoint and other document repositories Recognize and determine whether the changes impact other systems Recognize up/downstream dependencies Coordinate meeting agendas, minutes and action items Qualifications: -Must have a minimum of 1 years experience as a Business or Business Systems Analyst
-Experience with both Waterfall and Agile environments preferred
-Ability to create a business process model (diagram) representing current and future processes
-Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal)
