You Are:
UST is searching for a Business Analyst who under the guidance of Consultant II, work closely with the client business and account leadership teams to align transformation programs with underlying technical solutions to business needs.
The opportunity:
· Creative and innovative thinking to help deliver high value benefits to the business efficiently.
· Effectively contributing to business meeting and workshops with the ability to communicate difficult/sensitive information both verbally and in a written format.
· Works with the project team, facilitating triage of UAT, supporting business readiness activities including workshop facilitation.
This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.
What you need:
· 7 years of experience as Business Analyst Financial / banking domain experience
· Business Analysis: Skilled in managing the requirements through the full lifecycle of a project from Discovery to delivery.
· Has a strong analytical ability and able to interpret complex data
· Requirements and Feasibility: Experienced in the full requirements management process and thoroughly examined options during feasibility studies
· Analysis Planning: Excellent time management and organisational skills with an ability to plan key business analysis activities and workshops.
· Experience of different delivery methodologies including Prince2 and / or Agile / Scrum and able to adapt your analysis accordingly.
· Good communication level
· Is familiar with and has supported the budgetary aspects of significant projects including cost planning and estimating, reporting, and forecasting.
· Has led the formal stakeholder engagement process throughout projects including influencing the views of key stakeholders and amending stakeholder management plans.
· Has managed stakeholders from users to senior management to ensure their needs are met on the project.
· Has helped shape pre-project ideas and been independently responsible for writing sections of a comprehensive business case.
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
Role Location: Iowa
Compensation Range: $90,000-$136,000
Benefits
Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) program with employer matching. All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
