As a Project/Program Lead for Rolls-Royce, you’ll play a supportive role within a cross functional team where you’ll undertake the collection and analysis of earned value data and the integration of multiple program data on the RRC LiftSystem Programs. This is an opportunity for you to be responsible for individual projects and to deep dive into trend reporting, variance analysis, identifying data anomalies, and proposing corrective action if performance is outside of the specified requirements.

Key Accountabilities

Ensuring effective controls are implemented in accordance with the company management procedures but not limited to WBS/charge number maintenance, earned value analysis, and variance analysis to produce IPMRs and IPMDARsAssisting the project team with the collation of project data and schedules for projects and contract amendments/variations and accurately reporting to relevant stakeholders in accordance with the defined timescales                                Integration of multi-site earned value data for monthly submission to customer on behalf of Defense Products and Solutions, Inc (DPSI)Supporting the processes, governance, and maintenance of project data in line with the RRC Management Control System Description (MCSD) and the EIA-748 D EVMS StandardPerforming ad-hoc reporting/data interrogation to support customer inquiries, program CAMs and overall program earned value analysis

Basic:

An Associate’s degree with 3+ years of experience in earned value management, project management, or data/financial analysis OR;A Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of experience in earned value management, project management, or data/financial analysis OR;A Master’s degree with 0+ years of experience in earned value management, project management, or data/financial analysis OR;5 years of experience in lieu of degreeYou must be a US Citizen

Preferred:

Project/Program management experienceExperience in earned value management and financial/data analysisExperience in managing, integrating, interpreting multiple data sets for report validation, data analysis and generation with experience in Microsoft Excel
