Project Summary

Development of a portal for New Sales Channel Incentive Platform:
1. It enables partners and admins setting up promotions through promotion tool.
2. It provides role based dashboards and widgets for Partners, Participants and other users.
3. Dashboards includes different widgets for Promotions, Earnings and Rewards.
4. It has data analytics abilities related to projected awards, promotion performance, team performance based on different dimensions like categories, segments, regions, etc.
5. It processes payout for promotions to participants based on sales data.

Responsibility


1. Interact with customer to understand the product requirements.
2. Ask right questions to get clarity on the overall requirement - the areas of the product it impacts, usability perspective requirements, any constraints etc.
3. Work with all stakeholders to get necessary approvals on the requirements.
4. Work towards continuous improvement of requirements elicitation process.
5. Gain complete understanding of the Loyalty Management Domain.
6. Work with development/QA team to explain requirements and act as interface in getting clarifications with stakeholders.

Job Description


1. Understanding Loyalty Management Domain
2. Get in-dept knowledge and understanding of various features/functionalities of the existing product(s)
3. Interact with various stakeholders to solicit requirements
4. Documentation of business needs/features etc.
5. End-user, client, interaction.

Key Technical Skill


• 8+ years of total experience of which at least 3+ years should be Business Analyst position
• Having good understanding of the Loyalty Management domain will be an added advantage
• Good background with understanding in software development (especially web application development)
• Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
