Develops and prepares computer systems requirements and develops procedures to process data. Analyzes functional problems and determines techniques and requirements most feasible for processing the data. Prepares definition of functional problems and makes recommendations for software to deliver solutions. Develops analytical reports or other products.
Experience/Skills required:
- Eliciting and documenting user requirements for underwriting pricing/rating and submissions.
- Experience in development of project documentation, testing materials and execution, training materials, requirements gathering including downstream and upstream interface requirements and adhering to a project management methodology is a must
- Commercial insurance Business/domain experience - Recent strong Property&Casualty is must
- Strong organizational skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and strong knowledge of property and casualty insurance required. A team player that has coordinated end user and development team interactions. Able to travel 1 -2 times per month domestically, and occasionally internationally
