Job Description: seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst with familiarity of ISO standards, specifically ISO 27001 and 27002. This role is based in the Governance & Quality team, part of Global Technical Center’s Planning and Operations, and will work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across a global organization that exceeds 3,000 employees. The successful candidate will work with the Customer Data Protection Data Management Program and Project Managers on addressing high-risk gaps found during risk assessment. This individual must be able to use highly complex processes, tools and operations with a goal to identify and address opportunities for improvement and satisfy these high risk gaps. Strong leadership, influencing, negotiation, and communication skills are critical success factors to deliver results in this large culturally diverse and global organization.



Minimum Qualifications Required:

• BS/BA degree

• At least 5 years Business Analyst experience

• Expertise with change management and business process management

• Working experience with ISO standards

• Experience on Data privacy / Governance, Risk Assessment, Compliance

• Strong communication skills
