Job Requirement:

·         Involvement in at least 2 full lifecycle software projects, understanding how tasks are integrated to produce final deliverables.

·         Experience in using requirements management tools, such as IBM’s RequisitePro, equisiteWeb, or DOORS

·         Exposure to business modeling tools (i.e. Visio) and various methodologies / frameworks such as CMMI, RUP, Six Sigma

·         Experience with the end-to-end Blue Chip claims processing system.

·         Experience in healthcare claims processing.

·         Requirements for Major System Development

·         Familiarity with business process design and aid the high-level business process design efforts with assistance of the stakeholders and end users.

·         Work with Business Architects and organization change manager to ensure organizational change communication to enable business process implementation.

·         Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
PC proficiency to include but not limited to MS Office.

Preferred Skills Required/ Position Description:

·         This position is responsible for functions on projects of moderate to high complexity by working with business partners within multiple business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies

·         eliciting, documenting, and refining business requirements for the IT organization; serving as a liaison across multiple facets of the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs

leveraging an informed knowledge of business areas to identify and/or resolve problems on an ongoing basis.
