The Business Analyst is responsible for the set of tasks and techniques used to work as a liaison among stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies, and operations of an organization.

• ****A seasoned Business Analyst who has specialized in Security implementations or worked in Information Security group as Analyst experienced in working with Identity and Access Management tools, Development and maintenance of Role Based Access Control (RBAC) (Application / System Entitlements) systems, Implementing role resolutions, role mining or role administration user interfaces. We need a BA who is conversant with security practices and can/has done documentation in that area.
• The business analyst will analyze and document the as is condition of our Security implementation , and translate from as-is to to-be in works with the Technical team to analyze, understand and document the security technology solutions resulting in models, workflow, business process and functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with Users to develop user stories and identify the gaps in existing design and update the requirements. Develop user stories
Job Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of Experience in Security related activities
• Experience working with TFS and SharePoint in an Agile environment
• Basic understanding of SQL
• Experience or exposure with regulatory frameworks (like PII, HIPPA, COBIT, ISO…..)
• Experience or exposure to PCI standards desirable
