Job DescriptionBuilding knowledge of the business, its products, processes and SOPsIdentifying and documenting project objectives and benefitsGathering, validating and documenting business requirements for various IT productsProducing ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ process mapsCreating wireframes and mock-ups to support the business requirementsLiaising with the business and 3rd party suppliers throughout the project lifecycleRaising potential project risks, issues and blockersCollaborating with the wider project team members and providing support when required (including solution designing, testing, training, support etc.)Triaging and validating bugsCarrying out peer reviews and sharing knowledge, both in products and BA techniques

QualificationsMinimum 4 years experience working as a BAGood knowledge of requirements eliciting techniques and project delivery methodologies (agile and waterfall)Excellent knowledge of Microsoft core productsExperience of working within IT project teamsThe ability to plan and co-ordinate multiple tasksStrong stakeholder management skillsExcellent interpersonal, communication, influencing and negotiation skillsAnalytical and problem-solving abilityStrong attention to detailHigh-level of creativity, adaptability and persistenceEnergetic, passionate and driven
