VDH is currently looking at a business analyst to refill an existing position.
Under the direction of the OIM Manager and Tech lead, will work with different work units for doing high level study on potential projects, develops project concepts, gathers business requirements and writes functional requirements, does project status and task monitoring, and daily task execution from project initiation through implementation. Schedules individual/group meetings. Monitor production issues and perform root cause identification and resolution. Develops and presents training to inform staff of system changes and enhancements; plans, coordinates, and documents systems testing; conducts functional and systems integration testing; actively participates in unit testing of the applications
Specific Task(s)
• Business and Functional Analysis for the ongoing projects and existing system
• Perform High Level Study for potential projects based on user request
• Provide training to the user on systems and functions
• Perform Gap and Feasibility study on system replacement projects
• Monitor tasks and schedule on projects and report to the users and the development team.
• Testing of the applications and systems
