Job Description:

 

The View360 Program Team is accountable for quality measurement, reporting and delivery via various assets and business processes across the enterprise. This role will work within this team and will be responsible for analysis and testing phases of software development cycle (SDLC), as well as business processes which this team is accountable. The program asset this role will focus on for the majority of time is the View360 physician portal tool, focused on the Clinical Integration & Acceleration (including MME & Maricopa County) project. The person in this role will have independence to establish best practices and their work processes in an effort to work most efficiently and effectively to get the work done on time and with high quality. This includes but is not limited to the following:

 

 

Software Development Responsibilities:

- Business requirements gathering & documentation, includes uses cases, workflow and process documentation & detailed requirements

- Interaction with the business (customers) in requirements work

- Participate in solution design and support development effort with IT partners

- Design and document detail test cases based on business requirements

- Participate/support QA testing and work closely with the development team on resolution of any issues

- UAT testing, issue resolution & UAT reporting

- Participate/support software releases (post-deployment checkout, production issue resolution)

 

Program Team Responsibilities:

- Communicate progression of project through SDLC with program team and leaders via weekly and monthly status reporting

- Key resource for View360 Program Team on complex and/or critical issues related to the physician portal tool

- Develop various levels of analyses to support business needs

 

Qualifications:


- Undergraduate degree in applicable area of expertise or equivalent experience

- Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems required (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)

- Intermediate level of proficiency with SQL and relational databases (SQL Server)

- Demonstrated ability to communicate information clearly and concisely to various levels of leadership

- Knowledge of software development life cycle

- Demonstrated ability to perform high-level and detailed-level analysis

- Demonstrated ability to document requirements, use cases, and workflow/business processes

- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute on UAT testing, including issue resolution & final UAT results reporting

- Excellent communication, time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills required

 

Preferred:

 

- Knowledge of HEDIS/NCQA

- Knowledge of software adoption outcome reporting

- Knowledge in program management of web-based software
