In this role, you willbe responsible forplanning, execution, and management of comprehensive testing strategies to ensure the quality and functionality of our software products. This is an amazing opportunity to directly supportglobalCommand and Control Mission Support (C2MS) program.  **Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities** + Participating in the gathering and validating requirements for a modernization program for Software Development. + Supporting overall projectobjectives, test development and document test scripts. + Performing requirements analysis and develops user stories to support agile team. + Applies business process review to support the coordination of activities between and amongst functional units supporting one or more functional lines of business. + Contributes to an atmosphere of cross-functional teamwork within the organization; contributes to acceptance/functional testing duties. + Participate in anagile incremental delivery approachto includedemonstratingprototypes andsolicitinguser feedback + Assistdevelopment/test teams in activities with test script development and acceptance testing. + Create andmaintaincomprehensive test plans and test reports to support development and deployment of new and existing applications + Communicates with the development team and stakeholders to successfully address requirements. + Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather andvalidaterequirements. + Create user stories, use cases, functional specifications, and other artifacts to document requirements. + Collaborate with developers and testers to ensure that the requirements are clear, testable, and aligned with the project scope andobjectives. + Manage changes to requirements and communicate them to the project team and stakeholders. + Review and provide feedback on software design, testing, and documentation deliverables. + Support user acceptance testing and training activities. + Assistwith project planning, estimation, risk management, and status reporting. + Strong understanding of configuration management principles and tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef) to automate and streamline system configuration, deployment, and maintenance processes.(Desired) + Proficiencyin GitLab, including repository management, CI/CD pipeline configuration, and collaborative project workflows to enhance development efficiency and codequality.(Desired) + Experience withGitOpstools (such as GitLab) toassistwith Source Code / Change Management activities. **Minimum Requirements** + Bachelor’s degree in related field with 2+ years of relevant experience. An equivalent combination of education, certification, and relevant experience may be considered. + Shallbe proficient in Microsoft Office with particular emphasis on Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project, and other applicable database and office automation products, to include Adobe Reader. + Experience working in an agile development environment and with agile management tools, preferably Jira/Confluence + Possess a strong understanding of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX).  + Must understand Backlog Grooming Concepts and Sprint Planning + Must be adaptable to different responsibilities and have a passion for constantly improvingthe individualand team effectiveness. + Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure and tight deadlines, work independently, and work in a team environment. + Outstanding oral and written communications and time management skills. + U.S. Citizenship isrequired.Candidateselected must be able tosuccessfulpass an extensive client background investigation. **Company Benefits** PSI offers full-time, benefits eligible employees a competitive total compensation package that includes paid leave, and options for employer sponsored group medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, AD&D coverage, legal services, identity theft, and accident insurance.
