The Business Analyst will work to contribute and support initiatives and projects; develop and present analytic operational reports; and create modify, and/or simplify operational processes and procedures.

The Business Analyst also:

Evaluates business processes, document requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop solutions.

Leads ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.

Conducts meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.

Performs requirements analysis, document and communicate the results of analysis efforts.

Ensures solutions meet business needs and requirements.

Effectively communicates insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

Gathers critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports.

Provides leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.

Helps to manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance.

Creates, updates, implements, and maintains procedures.

Prioritizes initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

Performs other duties as required

Job Requirements:
