Business Analyst
Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented and eager-to-learn **Business Analyst** to join our team in Westerville, OH. This hybrid role will involve 3 days of in-office work and 2 days of remote work. As a potential contract-to-hire position, we are looking for candidates who do not require sponsorship now or in the future. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in LoanIQ, Excel, and accounting or payment processing. This role will primarily focus on posting payments into our systems, requiring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. **Top reasons to work with Adecco:** + Competitive pay: $32.06/hour + Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in office, 2 remote + Dedicated onboarding specialist to guide you from offer to your first day. **Qualifications:** + Strong proficiency in LoanIQ and Excel. + Experience in accounting or payment processing. + Detail-oriented and organized. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. **Key Responsibilities:** + Reconcile loan system and general ledger accounts. + Resolve aged items in accounts. + Monitor and clear system rejects. + Perform limited variance analysis. + Initiate maintenance requests for general ledger accounts. + Post transactions to customer accounts. + Clear items rejected from automated processes. + Perform maintenance to customer accounts. + Research and correct problems. + Prepare and process general ledger entries. + Monitor ticklers and take appropriate action. + Input and balance batch work to the loan system. + Provide specialized processing support. **Pay Details:** $32.06 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
