Job Description The Digital & IT Associate should have excellent learning and analytical skills to understand business requirements, solve problems using best practices and standard IT solutions. This is a hands-on systems/data analysis and project management and coordination role, that collaborates with the business users, technical teams, and vendors for solution implementation projects. You will play a key role in identifying business requirements, analyzing current state business processes and systems, mapping requirements to future state system capabilities, and configuring, training, implementing, and supporting enterprise solutions. The role will also be responsible for maintaining/supporting the existing legacy systems in the interim state and enhancing/maintaining future state systems post project implementation for reliable functional performance, conducting root cause & corrective actions, and working with business stakeholders and IT teams to drive improvements. Skills and Requirements Bachelors or Masters degree preferably in Information systems, Computer science, or related field.  3-5 years experience in Information Technology  Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, learning agility and adaptability; manages time effectively; and actively participates in multiple team projects  Provides implementation support and acts as the point of contact (POC) for most project communications with the business functions and internal customers.
