Your main responsibilities will be:
Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Drive and manage cross-functional project teams to efficiently execute critical enterprise-level projects, focusing on high-impact results. Collaborate with Product Owner: Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure alignment between business requirements and project deliverables, driving clear communication and prioritization. Bridge IT and Business Units: Serve as the key liaison between IT and internationally located business stakeholders, ensuring strategic alignment and effective communication. Conduct Business and Technology Analysis: Analyze business processes and technology landscapes to recommend practical, high-value solutions that support both business objectives and IT capabilities. Support Development and Solve Issues: Assist developers throughout the project lifecycle, addressing and resolving their questions and challenges to ensure smooth progress and drive for results.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field is required. Advanced degrees or certifications in business analysis or project management are preferred. Language Skills: Fluency in English (at least B2) is essential. Proficiency in German is a plus. Experience: Previous experience in the banking sector is beneficial. Strong Team Player: Demonstrates the ability to excel in collaborative environments, effectively working with geographically distributed teams. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Possesses solid analytical abilities and problem-solving skills to address complex issues and deliver high-impact solutions.
Preferred skills:
Experience: 4-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong background in agile environments. Experience in the banking sector, particularly with asset management systems, is a plus. API and Data Analysis: Proficient in understanding APIs and data integration, with the ability to analyze and leverage data effectively to inform business decisions and solutions. Business Process Analysis: Skilled in analyzing and visually displaying business processes, breaking down complex requirements into actionable features, and collaborating with the Product Owner to ensure effective solution delivery. Familiarity with Business Analysis Tools: Experience with business analysis tools and methodologies, emphasizing practical application of process analysis and visualization techniques in an agile framework. Banking Knowledge: Understanding of banking operations and regulatory requirements is beneficial. Candidates with a strong willingness to learn and delve into the industry are also encouraged to apply.
