Detailed Job Description:

Facilitating design and requirements gathering sessions.   Able to work closely with the client to identify requirements via industry standard analysis techniques such as data flow modeling, workflow analysis, and functional analysis. Work closely with the client to identify requirements through interviews, workshops, and/or existing systems documentation or procedures.  Act as a bridge between functional solution owners and technical teams.   Document requirements in the form of user stories, functional diagrams, screen layouts, navigational flows, and other artifacts that comprise the scope of the solution to be delivered.  Create and curate user stories as a component of planning and grooming.  Able to document test cases and test scenarios.   Assist in testing the solutions implemented for our clients. Testing includes unit testing, system and integration testing, client acceptance testing and supporting solution deployment/stabilization.  Lead small teams while working through all phases of the SDLC.  Demonstrated ability to manage project scope and client expectations.  Be able to understand and visualize high level application architectures.   Strong knowledge of the SDLC and Agile Scrum process.   Outstanding team-oriented communications skills.   Communicate project status and escalates issues as needed.
