A Senior Business Analyst to identify, analyze and document Telecommunication and billing business systems and user requirements, workflows, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing computer systems. Faciliate JAD sessions to define user requirements and workflows to include capturing meeting notes/minutes. Writes detailed description ofuser needs, program functions, and steps required. Compares functionality between competing systems/applications/technologies and makes recommendations. Coordinates and helps develop and maintain associated requirements and systems documentation . Prepares charts, diagrams, tables and flowcharts. Identifies and documents current state interface input and output record formats and current data stores.
Job Description:
Knowledge/experience with telecommunications expense management and telecom chargeback/re-billing solutions. Please only submit candidates with TEM experience - not functional contractors or telecom contractors that have worked for telecom companies analyzing rates/products. This must be a BSA, that has worked in IT, on IT projects (example ERP, app dev).
Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
Ability to work with end users to capture and document requirements
Excellent business analysis, systems analysis, information flow analysis skills, organizational and planning skills to include documenting business and system requirements including business process, workflow and data modeling.
Ability to support the development and implementation of large scale, complex, commercial off-the-shelf software systems
Ability to work independently with both technical staff and users at various levels to investigate and validate all aspects of document and records management and/or business problems
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to apply and interpret user requirements, apply logical sequencing to improve or change business processes and rapidly learn computer software
Experience implementing web based solutions
