This resource is responsible for the set of tasks and techniques used to work as a liaison among stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies, and operations of an organization, and to recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. They will be working on the Research Management System. This is an existing system that the agency has decided they need to either do an upgrade or purchase a new system. It is a .Net with an Oracle backend. It was built a few years ago in house to their specs. The resource will be doing a gap analysis on the system, determining whether or not the agency should do the enhancement or purchase. This will entail gathering and doing an analysis of the current system, researching the market, documenting and presenting a document to executive sponsors. This individual should have or be familiar with grants, financial systems, functional and non functional requirements, excellent communication both written and oral
Years of Relevant Experience:
4 to 6 years
Preferred Education:
4 year college degree or equivalent.
Role Description:
All roles specified plus additional work experience and job knowledge.
Skills:
Conducting JAD sessions
Required 6 Years
Documenting functional and non functional requirements

Creating applicaiton prototypes and screen mock ups

Creating graphical representations of complex business processes

Experience in using Microsoft products such as; Visio, PowerPoint, EXCEL and Word
