Business Analyst
Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst in Dallas, Texas. You will be working in the telecom industry, serving as a thought leader for technical business processes and developing systems prototypes to increase efficiency and productivity. You will evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on an ongoing basis, and maintain system processes. This role also involves the integration of technology into business operations with the goal of enhancing operations or efficiency. Responsibilities: • Serve as a thought leader for technical business processes and develop systems prototypes to promote increased efficiency and productivity. • Design, document, and maintain system processes and drive awareness of requirements across business units. • Evaluate and analyze system requirements continuously and maintain system processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all stakeholders. • Propose and manage pilot initiatives, including technical and financial aspects. • Conduct periodic systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems. • Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to help others understand business performance. • Facilitate the integration of technology into business operations to improve operations or efficiency. • Respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations. • Assist in managing software implementation projects, data conversions, and team training. • Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting of user, application, and integration problems within the business applications. • Maintain and develop understanding of team members' responsibilities to allow for optimal systems integration. • Provide training and technical support to users and deploy new systems and enhancements. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. • Proven experience in a Business Analyst role • Proficient in Atlassian Jira • Comprehensive knowledge of database systems • Experience with EO/IR systems • Proficiency in performing Gap Analysis • Familiarity with Informatica • Experience in AB Testing • Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies • Understanding of Business Process Functions • Ability to create Business Requirement Document • Experience in Design processes • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Strong problem-solving abilities • Ability to work well in a team and independently Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
