Experience in Business Analysis (5+ years). Experience with Agile Software Development (5+ years). Experience with Requirements Gathering (5+ years). Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps and/or Team Foundation Server (TFS) (5+ years). Experience with conducting Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions with client stakeholders and subject matter experts (5+ years). Experiences in translating functional specification into technical specification from which programmers can construct the solution (5+ years). Experience in translating the information from meetings and written materials into process models and/or process flow models (5+ years). Experience in creating technical documentation and standard operating procedures (5+ years). Government experience.
