You Are:

We are looking for an independent and articulate Business Analyst. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing platform maintenance tasks, assisting with system enhancements, and contributing to the intake process for business-generated notifications. Attention to detail and superior communication abilities are pivotal as this role requires the translation of complex information into accessible insights for diverse teams and user groups.

 

The opportunity:

·       Experience in either front end UI development /design or worked as Tech BA in front end UI experience.

·       Work across various source systems and data layers to understand business processes and data logic in order to help with process adoption and continued sustainment.

·       Analyze and resolve disputes, respond to ServiceDesk tickets, address user inquiries, and compile user feedback to improve services.

·       Assist with coordination and streamlining of reporting systems.

·       Implement logic updates for existing and new notifications within the platform to enhance operations.

·       Catalog incoming requests, issues, and identify potential enhancements to improve system performance.

·       Work closely with the Outsystems development team by writing clear requirements, overseeing development, and ensuring the functionality delivered is in line with expectations and user needs.

·       Assist in the enhancement of user functionality, including the improvement of daily digest emails and DQHQ Analytics reporting capabilities.

·       Facilitate the requirements gathering process and support the development of new notifications based on business needs.

What you need:

·       Demonstrated excellence in customer service and a talent for effective communication, capable of translating complex issues into user-friendly language.

·       Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically and independently to derive solutions.

·       Experience collaborating with various teams to identify problems and develop strategies to resolve complex issues.

·       Intermediate proficiency in SQL, with an ability to utilize database knowledge in tasks such as query troubleshooting and writing.
