· Responsibilities to Include: Lead internal/external customer including vendors/users and various business units in the development of use cases enabling the technical team to deliver appropriate solutions supporting real-time capabilities.

· Conduct detailed analysis and make recommendations for process improvements.

· Coordinate data transmission process with end users, ITG, and vendors. Conduct testing on data for the releases.

· Support the technical leadership in successful multi-vendor project development teams. Facilitation and oversight of vendor meetings, requirement review /sign-off Responsible for ensuring all program activities and artifacts are completed and maintained with overall project activities.

· Comply with HIPAA, Diversity Principles, Corporate Integrity, Compliance Program policies and other applicable corporate and departmental policies. Maintain complete confidentiality of company business.



Business Skills REQUIRED:

· Minimum 5 - 7 years eBusiness, health information technology and project experience

· Minimum 4 years business process design and business system design



Education Requirements:

· Masters degree or equivalent work experience is required
