Looking for an experienced business analyst with project management experience to work with the Tobacco division on several initiatives including a smoke-free housing registry and a centralized system for managing policies & regulations.  Resource will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, exploring solution options, assisting the program with procurement & implementation as well as managing the overall project (possibly including vendor management).  Resource should be a self-starter and able to work with a diverse team of people.  latitude is expected.
