Job Seekers, Please send resumes to resumes@hireitpeople.com This position is responsible for functions on projects of moderate to high complexity by working with business partners within multiple business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies; eliciting, documenting, and refining business requirements for the IT organization; serving as a liaison across multiple facets of the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs; leveraging an informed knowledge of business areas to identify and/or resolve problems on an ongoing basis.
Responsible for working with business partners and technology to align technology solutions with business strategies; eliciting, documenting and refining processes and requirements for the IT organization; serving as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs.
Work closely with executive level management to capture their needs and requirements.
Experience in gathering and documenting requirements and business processes as they pertain to ETBS service delivery is required.
Experience analyzing environments with multiple data sources and capture necessary requirements and processes.
Work closely with SMEs to understand and document data needs and flows.
Candidate should be highly skilled and highly motivated.
Analyst will be responsible for documenting needs for parts of a large project as part of a team of business analysts.
1. Previous work with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate non-functional requirements as related to business processes, policies and information systems.
2. Define and document processes along with associated business and non-functional requirements using appropriate documentation techniques to describe statements of the goals, objectives, or needs of a particular stakeholder or group of stakeholders
3. Translate high-level business requirements into processes and specifications for the IT organization and manage changes to such specifications
4. Obtain consensus by facilitating communication between business unit(s) and IT from initial requirements to final implementation.
5. Provide input to estimates for project management and change management activities through analysis of requirements effort, resources, and technology.
6. Maintain complete confidentiality of company business.
7. Maintain communication with management regarding development within areas of assigned responsibilities and perform special projects as required or requested.
8. Experience with HP Quality Center
9. Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Visio (swimlane definitions, RACI definitions, along with a background in Six Sigma).
10. Must be able to work independently as well as collaborate with a larger group of business analysts.
