Short Description:
BA who can conduct all aspects of Application Support to include: web services testing, application problem analysis, application interfaces analysis, application access requests and user liaison functions.

Complete Description:
The manager is interested in seeing only candidates that possess strong Business Analyst skills and OUTSTANDING COMMUNICATION SKILLS (verbal and writing). Ability to communicate clearly to non-technical members is essential and required.
Work with customer business unit to understand their business processes. Analyze, define and document how the application can be made more efficient and effective.
Communicate clearly the application testing goals, policies, procedures and results to the customer business unit as well as application technical unit.
Coordinate and conduct application status review meetings with Management, Technical Unit and Customer Business Unit as required.
Be able to acquire a thorough understanding of application interfaces and their support functions.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must submit to a criminal background check and finger printing.
Ability to work well within a team and indivdually with minimal supervision.
Ability to clearly speak and write in English.
Strong interpersonal skills; abilty to work within tight deadlines.
Must have a valid drivers licence and access to a vehicle to travel within the state of NJ to obtain user requirements and participate in status /review meetings. The Judiciary of the State of NJ does not reimburse contractors for travel expenses.
