Requirements:
· Must have eligibility experience in Welfare/Public Assistance, Medicare, or Medicaid experience.
· Previous experience with State of California programs is preferred.
· Must have strong Business Analysts skills with the ability to work all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle.
· Must be able to elicit requirements and perform verification and validation of outcomes and be skilled in performing web assessment and validation to approve changes and/or document gaps.
· Must have the ability to effectively assess the ability of web products to meet requirements and/or provide documentation to support and rectify gaps.
· Must have experience with end to end interface testing.
· Ability to interact with customers to analyze, define, test and implement business processes and procedures.
· Ability to lead a team and to work within a team to determine project scope, planning needs and requirements for large and small projects.
· Strong project management and planning skills.
· Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.
· Facilitation and requirements determination experience.
