Complete Description:

Investigate problem areas and assist in resolution of data processing problems. 

 

Serve as first point of contract for state-wide IDPH users, provide technical support as needed.

Assign and manage registered users. 

Assist in the development and management of database forms. 

Develop , maintain and update reference material in addition to creating a user training manual. 

Assist in developing and conducting training based on identified customer needs.

Candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills

Candidate must possess a good command of the English language in order to provide effective reference materials and user training materials.

 

The ideal candidate is experienced in providing user support as well as a back ground in developing forms, such as a background in Access form development.

 

The more complex forms will be handled by a more experienced user on that system, but will also serve as a reference for any challenges or training the ideal consultant may need.
