Scope of Work:
With general guidance and coaching, you will provide analytical support to a specific group of customers on business applications, infrastructure and technology related activities. You will act as a project team member, specifically on requirements definition and testing activities. You will provide guidance, assistance, coordination and follow-up on complex problems and ensures resolution. You will assist customers on their migration to new or revised products, applications and platforms. You will work with application developers and operations personnel to support production applications and customer-specific operations. Significant creativity is required. A minimum of 3-5 years of related experience is preferred. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

Position Description:
Our Client is seeking a Business Analyst Advanced to become a productive member of project team tasked with optimizing the utilization of existing clinical systems by improving process flow; work flow; and use of system data and capabilities.
Responsibilities Include:
· Research existing data systems to document current and future work and process flows
· Mapping of processes and procedures to information flows and data groupings
· Gather and record all forms and documents used in system process
· Requirements gathering, user interviews and documentation
Required Skills and Experience:

· Excellent writing and documentation skills

Preferred Skills and Experience:
· Understanding business requirements and translating them into specific software requirements

· Strong technical skills, business intelligence, and a full understanding of the needs of the customer
· Ability to effectively communicate with external clients and internal teams to deliver GUI, interface and screen designs
· Ability to interface between technology teams, support teams, and business units will need to sit with Business Clients and extract "information Flow" requirements
