The Business Analyst will play a key role in the Program Delivery and Change Management organization. Primary responsibilities include liaising with Business users to gather and document requirements from small system enhancements to large scale projects. Business Analysts will create documentation including but not limited to business requirements, functional specifications, use case and process flow diagrams, testing scenarios and handover documentation to the user community. The BA role will work closely with project management, development to design, implement and deliver projects quality based on our SDLC methodology.
Essential Job Functions:
•Design, code and unit test application code using Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices.
•Complete estimates and work plans as appropriate for design, development, implementation and rollout tasks.
•Ability to deliver high quality projects on time and on budget.
•Create technical system documentation and ensure that this documentation remains current throughout all phases of the SDLC.
•Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position.
