The Business Analyst is responsible for the set of tasks and techniques used to work as a liaison among stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies, and operations of an organization.
Complete Description:
This BA will work with and represent the Business side of the CRIS-E Project so it is MANDATORY for the person to have CRIS-E experience.
Provide program policy technical assistance to information technology professionals during one, multiple or all phases of an assigned process automation project, and remain current in changes in program policies pertinent to assigned process automation project in support of the CRIS-E system. Review the design documents (i.e., general systems design document and detail design document that describe all of the system inputs and outputs) created by the information technology personnel for a given process automation project, and/or write and execute test scripts, and/or assist in conversion of data from old to new system if current system exists, and/or assist in implementation of new or enhanced system with affected entities.
