Overview: The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for gathering, defining, and documenting both business and functional requirements. This role involves writing user stories, developing business requirement documents, creating UI mock-ups, decision trees, and other visual diagrams to support development efforts aligned with the Product Roadmap. The analyst will leverage subject matter expertise to guide product development, refine action plans, and offer recommendations and best practice insights to colleagues. As a subject matter expert, the Senior Business Analyst plays a leadership role, mentoring and guiding other business analysts to ensure high-quality deliverables and continuous improvement.
