Soft Tech Consulting is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed individual to fill the role of a Business Analyst for one of our clients.  The designated candidate for this position will join a collaborative team environment, providing support and expertise necessary toward the successful delivery of the project deliverables and provide effective communication to all levels of staff for reporting status/progress.

Responsibilities Understand client business needs and requirementsUnderstand the current system and how it functionsAssist in design and development of applications based on business requirementUpgrade and modify applications per business needsCreate manual and automated test scenarios, and test the system accurately by the appropriate deadlinesAssist in preparing project plan and technical and functional specificationsIdentify and troubleshoot issues in a timely fashionEnsure that project deliverables meet business requirements and ensure to complete project within assigned timelinesProvide support in system testing and bug fixing activitiesBe available for migrations (during non-standard business hours) Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in any related fieldMinimum of 3 years related experienceExperience with Business Requirements AnalysisExperience with Agile PlanningMust be able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written.Must be able to work independently, with minimal oversight.Able to develop strong client relationships.
