Kforce has a client in Washington, DC that is seeking a Business Analyst. Responsibilities: * Assist with End-to-end testing, Unit testing and regression testing * Document and test controls for new processes * Assist with time entry and time adjustment processes * Assist with year-end processing, including 401K validations, W-2 and W-2c preparation * Assist with special projects as required * Recommend new processes to improve performance and efficiency within the payroll function * Maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential
