Roles and Responsibilities: * Business Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, workflows, and systems within the banking, fraud prevention, and payments domains * Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, document requirements, and define project scope * Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend data-driven solutions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience * Fraud & Payments Analysis: Analyze fraud detection patterns, payment processing systems, and related data to support the development of strategies for mitigating risks and improving service delivery * Reporting & Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business process models, technical specifications, and user stories * Data Analysis: Use advanced Excel capabilities to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights * Presentation & Communication: Develop compelling PowerPoint presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and updates to senior leadership and stakeholders * Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and other departments to ensure successful implementation of projects
