This full-time position will provide support for Client IT Capital Projects, O&M enhancements, and production support for the SAP Plant Maintenance/Enterprise Asset Management processes. This position is critical to the SAP Competency Center in supporting the current and planned workload for DVP-ET, Energy (EOG and DTI), Power Generation, and Facilities Management. This position will be filled within the Business Systems Analyst Job Series.

The resource will perform duties aligned with the Business Systems Analyst roles and responsibilities within the SAP Competency Center.
At least 2+ years of experience developing process maps, application testing, and gathering business requirements, preferably in support of work management processes.
Experienced working in a team environment. The selected candidate will serve on a team supporting SAP Plant Maintenance and Enterprise Asset Management functions, including Project Systems Networks and the Syclo Work Manager.
Demonstrated ability to serve as the primary BSA on Capital Projects and O&M efforts for multiple client areas. This includes working with the clients to gather requirements, configure applications, test changes/new development, and partner on change management activities
Provide second level support for inquiries submitted to the IT Help Line; utilize DRS CWR and Quality Center for documenting and tracking work requests.

Preferred Qualifications** **SAP Functional Knowledge*** General knowledge of core functionality used within SAP Plant Maintenance/Enterprise Asset Management * Experience with IM - Investment Management, PS Networks, and Syclo Work Manager would be a plus. * Cross module awareness within the SAP ERP Application. * Awareness of consistent user experience with other SAP Transactions. * Experience with SAP tools (e.g. LSMW, workflow, portal) **Technical Knowledge*** Working knowledge of configuration for specific processes in SAP Plant Maintenance, Project System Networks, and/or SAP Mobile Platform. * General awareness of process and application integration options. * Advanced adherence to formal testing techniques/methodology, consistently delivering quality work product/deliverables * Adherence to formal Change Management Policies **Educational Requirements**  * Minimum of a high school diploma is needed. * Prefer a Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Math or Business. **Education Required:*  Education Level: Preferred: Bachelor , Other Education: Information Systems, Math or Business or technical equivalent is desired.**Working Conditions:**   Office Work Environment 76-100% BENEFITS
