***Position is anticipated to run a MAXIMUM DURATION of 3 MONTHS***
Resource selected for this role will be expected to:
Draft As-is documentation for the MPOETC Act 120 processes. No documentation currently exists. This documentation will be used in conjunction with requirements (to be gathered) to modify an existing system.
Understand the business processes and work with the staff/stakeholders to help them identify the best and most efficient ways to reorganize their business processes.
Interview, conduct meetings, and solicit information from the staff/stakeholders on what changes they would envision to their current processes and system, and what they would want in a new system.
Use the tools to document the business processes and requirements.
