Complete Description:
Seeking a need for an individual with a skill set to review and document existing IT systems, identify future needs, define requirements, and draft an RFP to acquire and customize a new system that will incorporate all current functionalities and furthermore include two way data sharing with number of state divisions and agencies.
The Business Analyst must understand government business process and operations, including familiarity with HIPPA, CMS and NJAC regulations; have prior knowledge of health and human service-related data concerns in order to transition business processes into technical requirements; have excellent communication and presentation skills to review, analyze, and evaluate business system and user needs by facilitating brainstorming sessions with stake holders; and have the ability to develop GAP analysis documents and provide detail definition on how the application will support business requirements. The Business Analyst will also be required to respond to inquiries and questions during the intial RFP process.
