We are looking for a resource to assist the OAKS Agency. This resource will be supporting the Business, OAKS Projects and Services and the OAKS Partnerships .
OAKS Agency and Business Support
1) Define and document process improvements
2) Coordinate and host OCM workshops and meetings with stakeholders
3) Identify and document business requirements
4) Write communications articles targeted for agencies, employees and/or businesses
5) Schedule and conduct webinars
6) Write, edit and design materials for meetings
7) Create, implement, and track agency readiness tasks
8) Schedule meeting rooms
9) Create, implement and track surveys
10) Review email boxes to respond to agency questions
11) Track project tasks
OAKS Projects and Services
1) Identify, implement and track organizational change management tasks
a. Ohio Marketplace eCatalog and eInvoice
b. FIN Upgrade
c. ELM Expansion
d. EPM Upgrade
e. Planning and Budgeting
2) Work with PMO lead and project managers to ensure that the OAKS Organizational Change Management Methodology is implemented with every OAKS project
3) Schedule and conduct meetings
4) Document and distribute meeting minutes
5) Manage OAKS email boxes
6) Coordinate the design and maintenance of the OAKS website and SharePoint site
7) Compile and edit materials for the weekly OAKS status reports
8) Assist PMO lead and project managers as needed
OAKS Partnerships
1) Plan and implement monthly or quarterly activities for the following:
a. OAKS Training Council
b. FIN CoPs
c. HCM CoPs
d. IBAC
2) Schedule, coordinate and host meetings
3) Prepare presentations
4) Document meeting minutes and action items
5) Work with stakeholders to develop opportunity cases
6) Monitor email boxes to document and resolve issues that are submitted
The Business Analyst is responsible for the set of organizational change management (OCM) tasks and techniques used to work as a liaison among stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies, and operations of an organization, and to recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
Years of Relevant Experience:
Up to 4 years
Preferred Education:
4 year college degree or equivalent.
Role Description:
•Experience conducting Facilitated Workshops for requirements analysis.
•Experience creating workflows using formal notation such as the Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN).
•Knowledge of formal requirements gathering methodologies.
•Experience developing Business Requirements - project initiation document, what the needed achievements will be, and the quality measures.
•Experience developing Functional requirements - describe what the system, process, or product/service must do in order to fulfill the business requirements.
•Experience developing User (stakeholder) requirements - are a very important part of the deliverables, the needs of the stakeholders will have to be correctly interpreted. This deliverable can also reflect how the product will be designed, developed, and define how test cases must be formulated.
•Experience developing Quality-of-service (non-functional) requirements - are requirements that do not perform a specific function for the business requirement but are needed to support the functionality. For example: performance, scalability, quality of service (QoS), security and usability.
•Experience developing Report Specifications - define the purpose of a report, its justification, attributes and columns, owners and runtime parameters.
•Experience developing Requirements Traceability Matrix - a cross matrix for recording the requirements through each stage of the requirements gathering process.
•Strong organization and writing skills. Experienced developing graphic representations of complex business processes.
