Help build out the infrastructure needed to support the SharePoint Program Office. Work with the business and other technology support personnel to analyze, plan and coordinate any work related to SharePoint.

Job Description:
• Develop/build out SharePoint request process (including change control)
• Develop SharePoint Roadmap (based on current plan)
• Build out training/help/support material base to include Best practices and Frequently Asked Questions
• Develop change control process for maintenance of SharePoint technical configuration documentation
• Develop SharePoint monitoring program that describes 1) Requirements (what we want to monitor), 2) Tool recommendation (beyond existing and OOTB), 3) Reports needed (including frequency)
• Build out document maintenance plans for Application development standards and Training documentation
Provide ongoing support in the following areas:
• Maintenance of SharePoint Roadmap (strategic timeline for small to large scale projects on SharePoint)
• Analysis, categorization & prioritization of SharePoint requests for: Quick fix support (training, 2nd tier user support, Out of the Box), Small scale development (enhancements), Large scale development (development projects)
• Provision of SharePoint change management (coordination of work with IT staff)
• “Quick fix” support
• Maintenance of SharePoint technical configuration documentation
• Maintenance of Power User technical training (certification)
• Maintenance of Application development standards (users, power users, ITD)
• SharePoint monitoring – platform performance, usage & development trends
• Strategic portfolio management of services
