Job Description An employer is looking for a Business Analyst with specific Printer refresh experience to join one of our top utility clients in the nation. In this role you will be supporting the printer refresh process for the entire organization. You will be responsible for the end-to-end process of ordering and purchasing the equipment, tracking the equipment, shipping it to the correct location and internal customers. We also are looking for someone with a Business Analyst background who has strengths in gather requirements, documentation, helping to drive deadlines, and has strong attention to detail. Someone with this previous experience supporting an organizations end-users, who goes above and beyond for their internal customers, and looks for opportunities for process improvements along the way will be an excellent addition to the team!
