Job Description Insight Global is sourcing for a Business Analyst join a public sector IT organization within the Department of Revenue. The Business Analyst will focus on the agencies accounting software applications, experience in accounting software system design is required. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating current business processes, identifying improvements, and ensuring a seamless experience for internal users. This is a mid to senior level role, the candidate will act as a skilled liaison between engineering teams and business stakeholders to extract, gather, analyze, document, communicate, and validate requirements to bridge the gap between technical feasibility and business objectives. This position is a 9-month contract, hybrid 1-2 days per week in Chelsea, MA. Compensation: $_45_/hr. to $_54_/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching.
