The Opportunity:
CACI is looking for a Business Analyst with a background in business process design and development, software application design, testing and quality assurance to join our team supporting an important a Department of Justice agency in the National Capital Region. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a team responsible for building and maintaining enterprise software applications to meet business needs. The Business Analyst will be a member of an agile team, analyzing current business processes, assist developers to configure and build software applications using PeopleSoft, and ensure the quality of the final solution. Candidates should have strong verbal and communications skills.
Responsibilities
Understand client business needs and requirementsUnderstand the current system and how it functionsAssist in design and development of applications based on business requirementsUpgrade and modify applications per business needsCreating manual and automated test scenarios, and testing the system accurately by the appropriate deadlines.Assist in preparing project plan and technical and functional specificationsIdentify and troubleshoot issues in a timely fashionEnsure that project deliverables meet business requirements and ensure to complete project within assigned timelinesProvide support in system testing and bug fixing activitiesBe available for migrations (during non-standard business hours)Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s DegreeMinimum 3 years experienceMust be a US CitizenMust have TS clearanceAvailable to report to client site in DC 3 times a weekDesired:
Familiarity with Agile Software Development methodologiesExperience with PeopleSoft Federal HRMS is a plus-______________________________________________________________________________

The proposed salary range for this position is:
