This position requires an experienced clinician who has a combination of clinical training and with business acumen, and leadership skills required to deploy clinical subject matter experts and their clinical knowledge related to real-world data to support and advance the NLP capabilities within DAT. The clinical operations will need to support the scaling of NLP enrichment and innovation within existing products as well as the launch new products.
This position requires experience in people management, including training and management of a team of clinical annotators and ensuring responsibilities are fulfilled in accordance with best practices in NLP and data enrichment.

Required Qualifications:
MBBS, MBBS + MD/ MS, BDS, MDS, B. Pharm, M. Pharm, D. Pharm, Ph.D, RN, NP, PA 5+ years of experience with pharma company or consulting company Medical knowledge Computer skills with working knowledge of MS Office package Understanding of data privacy and security: Adhere to strict data security and privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA) to ensure the protection of patient information during the annotation process Proven solid communication skills: Collaborate with data scientists, NLP engineers, and healthcare experts to clarify requirements, provide feedback, and address annotation-related challenges Proven solid adaptability and flexible skills. Willing to adapt to changing project requirements, including the annotation of different types of clinical data (e.g., electronic health records, medical notes, radiology reports)
