**Job Title – Business Analyst**
**About the Role**
We are seeking an exceptional Business Intelligence & Reporting professional who will take charge of developing, refining, and bolstering our reporting capabilities across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions. The ideal candidate will possess not only a profound understanding of technical Bl skills but also an innate ability to grasp the reporting requirements of end users and comprehend the broader context of our business. This individual will leverage their expertise to recommend and create insightful dashboards and reports that align seamlessly with our organizational objectives.
**What You’ll Do**
Tier 1 System Support:
+ Provide first-line technical support for tools and applications.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to report generation, data access, and dashboard performance.
+ Monitor system health and performance, identifying and resolving potential issues proactively.
Business Intelligence & Reporting:
+ Design and develop visually captivating and interactive dashboards/reports that empower business decision-making.
+ Contribute to the design of streamlined processes and solutions, enabling internal stakeholders to effectively utilize and comprehend data.
+ Collaborate closely with diverse teams of internal stakeholders on prominent projects.
+ Provide support in managing and coordinating Bl projects and working teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
+ Create comprehensive documentation of processes and procedures, while crafting user-friendly training materials to facilitate understanding and knowledge transfer.
+ Offer technical assistance and conduct user training sessions, ensuring smooth adoption and proficiency in Bl tools and techniques.
+ Fulfil additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
**What You'll Need**
+ Degree in a relevant field, or equivalent related experience.
+ 3+ years of hands-on experience in Bl tools such as Power Bl or equivalent.
+ Knowledge of ERP solutions/platform such as Oracle Peoplesoft, Oracle J.D. Edwards, Epicor iScala is advantageous.
+ Solid experience in developing visualization reports and dashboards using Bl tools with the ability to interpret data from a business perspective and drive analytics solutions.
+ Ability to initiate and drive projects when needed, analyze large data sets for actionable insights, and communicate plans and findings effectively to internal stakeholders.
+ Commercially astute and able to communicate effectively to both financial and non-financial audiences. Strong focus on the "big picture" of the business and our greater team goals. Ability to effectively communicate and explain complex system and accounting issues to non-technical users.
+ Ability to work well both independently and with others under pressure / tight deadlines.
+ Proactive approach to problem-solving and helping others. Team player with a strong work ethic and a focus on constant improvement.
+ Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet.
+ Proven experience in learning new data tools quickly and executing these tools.
