Kforce has a client in Mesa, AZ that is seeking a Business Analyst. Summary: The Government Solutions business is hiring a Business Analyst to support back office software platforms. AXSIS and Alcyon are platforms on which all Government Solutions' roadside events are brought in house, processed, passed to enforcement agencies (EAs) for review, printed, mailed, paid, and adjudicated. Essential Responsibilities: * Play a leading role in Agile software development team * Lead requirements gathering effort with stakeholders * Participate in development design sessions * Create documentation including flowcharts, mockups, diagrams, requirements documents, and end-user training when needed * Participate in all scrum ceremonies * Create user stories from defined features * Groom the backlog to decompose and estimate stories * Prep backlog for sprint planning efforts * Answer questions from developers to clarify requirements * Review and approve QA test cases/results * Conduct user acceptance testing * Demonstrate the latest iterations to end-users * Assist program management in implementation and status reporting activities
