How will you make an impact in this role?
The objective of the MIS & Analytics team is to ensure that all levels of the organization have the information they need to understand their performance and the tools & capabilities to drive improved performance.
With in MIS CoE team, this role is part of the Colleague performance management team which is responsible for driving performance of front line colleagues by designing goals and incentives. These measures of success for front line colleagues are defined based on business priorities and focus. The responsibility of his role will be to report, track and analyze the performance of our front line colleagues through extensive data management, automation, reporting and innovative solutioning.
Responsibilities may include:
Perform analysis on performance data to drive business goals through appropriate incentive structures and identify potential solutions for improved performance. Provide analytical support to the business for CCP metric results and their variance to average (V2A) within a stack-ranked model. Identify and automate solutions to support systematic data sourcing, reporting and tracking by leveraging Next Gen Big Data platform. Leverage Tableau and Cornerstone/Lumi to create customer interactive dashboards and data analyses. Consult with operations’ customers to identify metrics and targets that will best drive behaviors for Servicing CCPs on the floor, support business targets, and create a competitive environment between CCPs. Comply with the AMEX Incentives Governance framework while creating Plan Documents, timely filing of inventory, and the annual re-approval of existing plans. Successfully engage in multiple metrics initiatives, lead and support ongoing metrics projects, and provide consultative expertise focused on win-win solutions.Minimum Qualifications
Graduate/Post Graduate with minimum 2 years of experience in SQL/Big Data framework Understand and have practical experience in dandling large data sets to derive patterns and Insights. Ability to transform and automate manual intensive tasks Strong programming skill on SQL/Hive/Big Query, & Tableau with demonstrated experience. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Ability to understand and own the task until completion. Strong written and verbal communication.
