Job Title: Business Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Business Analyst to assist our purchasing team with processing quotes in the Ariba/SAP system. The ideal candidate will help improve business operations and provide valuable insights based on thorough analysis. This role is vital in strategizing ideas, gathering and interpreting data, and supporting the migration to our new data systems.

ResponsibilitiesAssist the purchasing team with processing quotes in the Ariba/SAP system.Strategize ideas to improve business operations and meet with stakeholders to provide suggestions based on analysis.Gather and analyze data, identifying patterns and trends.Submit reports to relevant department heads and management.Help management and other teams draw business goals and needs.Establish new data gathering and analysis techniques within the organization.Formulate procedural manuals for all departments.Support the migration from legacy data systems to current systems.Support the regional design and launch of the iERP system.Essential Skills2+ years of experience as an analyst.2+ years of experience using Ariba/SAP to process quotes.Previous experience supporting buyers with entering/managing quotes.Intermediate proficiency in Excel (testing required).Bachelor's Degree.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in purchasing, buying, and data analysis.Skills in supply chain management and negotiating.Experience with purchase order processing and SAP/Ariba Quote Coordination.Proficiency in data entry and quote processing.Work Environment

This is a hybrid role, typically requiring three days on-site (usually Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) but flexibility is needed for team meetings or supplier visits. The dress code is business casual, with khakis/dress pants and button-down shirts or blouses acceptable. Work hours are 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours per week.

The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $37.00
