Description Position Overview: We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong project management experience and a deep understanding of data analysis to lead and support the migration of our IIS platform. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end project lifecycle, from pre-implementation planning to post-implementation support. This individual will collaborate with internal and external partners, lead the data migration efforts, and ensure that all processes are executed efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities: + Identify key internal stakeholders and establish effective communication channels for seamless project coordination. + Clarify project responsibilities and key activities across all teams. + Collaborate with teams to complete the IIS Platform Migration Planning Questionnaire. + Develop a comprehensive project plan detailing tasks, timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation. + Define roles, responsibilities, and establish communication protocols to ensure smooth project governance. + Perform a partner analysis to document relevant stakeholders and their needs related to system migration. + Coordinate and facilitate the project kickoff meeting with internal teams and implementation partners. Requirement Gathering & Analysis: + Work closely with teams to gather migration requirements, define project objectives, scope, and constraints. + Analyze existing data sources, formats, and dependencies to identify challenges and opportunities in the migration process. + Plan and implement change management activities to help partners transition from the current system to the new platform. + Develop a communication plan that outlines all necessary activities throughout the migration process. + Create a training plan for both internal and external users, ensuring appropriate training methodologies and documentation for a successful learning experience. Qualifications: + Strong background in project management and business analysis, with an emphasis on data migration projects. + Extensive experience working with cross-functional teams, including technical and business stakeholders. + Proven ability to analyze and manage complex data, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project objectives. + Familiarity with change management, training development, and process documentation. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate and lead teams effectively. Requirements · Experience with project management and/or business analysis. · Experience working on health information system project(s) is a bonus. · Experience with IIS, IIS migration, and/or data migrations between systems is strongly preferred.
